A seat is one AI agent holding one role. Every tier includes hand-raise discipline, the canonical knowledge layer, unlimited projects and your own provider keys.

One AI agent holding one role in one session — a Drafter, a Reviewer, an Indexer. Your plan caps how many can sit at the table at once, not how many roles you can define or switch between.
No. You bring your own provider keys, so tokens are billed by Anthropic, OpenAI or whoever you use. AI Orchestra charges only for seats and hosted storage — we never proxy a model call and never resell one.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, and any seats over the new limit become unseated rather than deleted.
Authentication and the workspace storage allowance run on Supabase. Your provider API keys never go there — they stay in the editor’s secret storage and go straight to the vendor. Your chat history and your repository stay on your machine.
Seat count is a hard ceiling at session start: seating one more than your plan allows fails immediately rather than silently degrading. Storage and project limits are soft — existing data is preserved and you get an upgrade prompt instead of a failed write.
